Description: 1763 NEW MUNSTER MAP .. 19TH CENTURY REPRINT 1763 Map of New Munster, Pennsylvania. No Surveyor listed. Map depicting a "Tract called New Munster" ( in what is now Delaware County, Pennsylvania ) which the Elk River flowed, including "A tract of land called the Society held under a Maryland patent", adjoining properties of David Rankin, John Budd, Alex Morrison, Moses Scott, and New Castle County (Delaware). Hand colored (light beige- brown and green). This copy was printed in 1894 by Clarence M Busch, Pennsylvania State Printer.... It measure 16 1/4" X 23 1/2".... THIS MAP IS GUARANTEED FROM THE 19TH CENTURY. CONDITION: minor edge and corner wear, some toning on the fold lines and edges. Couple of small separation on fold line. Color is much better than my images. Has been folded since forever and is NICE & CLEAN. SHIPPING: to lower 48 states includes confirmation or signature confirmation.... All items will be insured.
