Looking on is Wendy's Vice President Jim Rosenbaum. Clara Peller, in Charlotte Thursday to promote her new series of Wendy's commercials, had her footsteps imbedded in concrete at the South Independence store. Last minute efforts at the newly renovated store to complete part of the sidewalk presented the opportunity for the impromptu immortalization.
