Included are: -Box -Unfolding World Map -"Terror In Warwick House" Adventure Booklet -Counters -Fantasy Games Unlimited Pieces Order Sheet -"Chill: Horrors From The Unknown" Booklet (Is this the book of monsters?) -One cut out card with Jonathon Seakon info. The box is rough showing wear, tear, creases,...and there is clear tape on one corner that split but they did a great tape job. A lot of the counters have been removed from the base card. They might all be there but I'm not sure. The outside of the "Chill: Horrors..." book shows wear but the inner pages are nice and unmarked.
