Commissioned by some well meaning person on the Reagan-Bush second inaugural committee, intended for ladies to wear to the inaugural balls, in their gowns and pearls and tiaras. Unlikely if many, if any, were actually worn. (The cardboard insert is by F.N. Buffinton, a cardboard manufacturer founded in Providence in 1920.)
