1986 Vintage Specialized Stumpjumper XL 22" Tange Prestige Shimano M730 Restored

Description: I am the original owner of this late 1986 / early 1987 Specialized Stumpjumper size XL (22"), purchased new in Colorado Springs in spring 1987 when I was a freshman in college there. Over the years I configured the bike to suit my needs and swapped components with more modern pieces. The bike is extremely versatile and is now set up as a fast commuter with drop bars, 2x8 speed and slick tires. I restored the frame in 2020 with fresh powder coat and decals, and all components have been ultrasonically cleaned and sorted with new bearings where appropriate. I have used it only on a smart trainer since the restoration. The bike is in excellent cosmetic and mechanical condition. It is fully tuned and ready to ride.
