There is No box or foam that it originally came in but It will be protected well upon shipping. Item does Not have any chips, scratches, dents, or markings anywhere on plate. Music box still works and the plate is fourth in the "Disney's Musical Memories Series" Plate does come with it's original certificate of authenticity and is numbered "1525A" The music box plays "it's a whole new world" and is still working properly when knob is turned.
