Only 50 of7 these made with the majority not being gradeable due to foil corner/edge wear. Super condition sensitive, rare card. This is the only PSA 7 graded with none graded higher. Recently submitted under a stringent assessment. Thanks for looking. They're back! I recently got back a wonderful batch of 1999 Star Rubies from PSA. Many are the top graded specimen from PSA. The set is brutal to achieve in high grade due to the all foil front prone to chipping, just like the Precious Metal Gems from the same year, and the back of the cards are all black borders that instantly betray wear and chipping. An iconic issue, rising in popularity with sets like the Credentials and Precious Metal Gems - these are getting tougher and tougher to come by. Many players have not come to market in years. The fronts have a gorgeous prismatic foil shining surface, and the backs feature iconic photography on a black background with bold serial stamping at bottom. Condition on these are generally fantastic for such a condition sensitive issue. I will call them NM-MT generally, some will be better and gradeable, I will make sure to note any major condition issues.
