The cover is dated 2 May 2002, the stamp issue is "50th Anniversary of Passenger Jet Aviation." The central medal is covered in plastic and then housed in the cover, the medal is the UK New Zealand medal. The medal can not be removed without causing damage to the cover. The cover has the reference "LWF-16 1845" on the front top left corner. The cover is a limited edition, number 0134 out of a world wide issue of 750. The cover comes with no information card.Please remember to check out the "Item Specifics" for possible further information. CONDITION I will leave you to decide; please look at the photos carefully. I think the general condition is good collectable for the age. As you can see in the photos, there are light user, handling & storage marks etc. I am not an expert, large scans / pictures can be sent to assist you.
