It contains the re-printed "B Press" issues from the 1986 to 1990 period. The single color designs feature an Omnibus, Locomotive, Stagecoach and Ambulance. These stamps are for collectors but are real and can be used as valid USPS postage. The stamps were issued to be used in combination with other stamps during rate changes before Forever stamps. They all have a slightly smaller design than the originals in order to fit the size of the new printing press. There are also design and tagging differences from the original issues. The tagging variety will of be our choosing. Accuracy is guaranteed. At TBR Stamps we use stock images. Gummed sheet stamps will often have gum breaker ridges. Self-adhesives will have straight even cuts and margins edges. We consider the liner as a part of any self-adhesive stamp.
