Description: A rare 18th century Chinese Yongzheng Qing Famille Rose porcelain teapot & cover hand painted with a scene depicting a mother and child together with a boy on a raft. The reverse with three men seated before fish in a bowl. A nicely decorated example. Condition: Cover with chips and repair to finial (and slight hairlines inside cover). The body of the teapot generally good with small flaw above top of handle with short associated hairline, tiny hairline near base of handle, tiny hairline to base rim and tiny nibble to spout. Please see photos. Measures 15.5cm from handle to spout.
