Includes 68 carved wooden beads made up of 61 oval carved beads and 7 round carved beads approximately the size of a large olive plus 15 tubular separator beads. One medal "Allez Boire a la Fontaine et vous y laver"( Go drink at the fountain and wash there) to one side and to the reverse an embossing of the Aparition. Heart medal - Souvenir de Notre Dame de Lourdes on one side and "Coeur Immacule de Marie Protegez Nous" to the reverse. One large crucifix with a metal image of Christ and Souvenir de Notre Dame de Lourdes.
