Some Of The Pages Have Been Torn, Where You Put The Photos In. Some Are Not. The Velvet Tapestry On The Front Has Pretty Much Wore Off. The Easel Is In Pretty Good Shape. The Drawer Has Come Apart On The Bottom. My Hope Is Someone Will Restore This And Give It Some Refurbishing. I Love It. I think It's Definitely One Of The Oldest Pieces I've Ever Held In My Hands. I Love The Ornate Brass, Some Of The Brass Pieces Have Also Fell Off The One Side. All Of These Flaws, I Have Tried To Show In The Photos. Album Measures 9" x 11 1/4" With Easel, It Stands 14" Tall. This Is Antique, Please Appreciate This Piece And It's History. It Is Sold As Is. I Will Not Accept Returns On This Item, As This Item Us Too Old To Be Shipping Back And Forth. I Will Put Extra Loving Care Into The Packaging Of This Beauty.
