Some ware, scuff, and light stain on the leather throughout due to the preowned condition but overall looks is great. Bag still keep good shape. I recently sent this bag to the spa at Hermes. So authenticity is guaranteed as Hermes only service authentic items. Hermes did some touch up on the leather and edges to make sure that this bag maintain its beauty. The cost for the spa was about $1400! All plastic covers are still on the hardware. Some light stain on handle. Comes with dust cover, and key. No strap. Light scratches on lock and key. There is ware on the key strap. Please see the condition of the key holder and strap. There is a small dent (see last pic) but not noticeable unless you touch it.
