The Blade is 4116GS STAINLESS STEEL nice and sharp and rated in the top 3 alloys for cutlery and stamped at the base of the blade is BUCK CREEK 4116GS. One more item about this knife I'd like you to know is it has a (Locking Blade), a locking blade is super important (SAFETY) in my opinion the last thing you need is to have a sharp blade close on one or more fingers and this happens much more than you may think. The Liners and Pins are Brass, and the Bolsters are Nickel Silver the total weight is 3.7oz.
