Description: Complete AC & Heater System 1947 - 1954 Chevy & GMC Truck [CAP-4100B-PS]PASSENGER SIDE MOUNT Custom Heat Cool & Defrost system for 1947-early 1955 Chevrolet and GMC. Custom mounting plate attaches the Hurricane unit to firewall using original heater mounting holes. The A/C & Heater fittings pass through the original factory blower motor hole with a custom rubber grommet. Compact design allows you to retain the cowl vent and a majority of the glove box. Custom Molded Plenum fits along bottom edge of the dash. Plenum includes rectangular louvers and electronic slide control with black finish. An additional underdash louver is also included to for the left side of the steering column. If desired the plenum can be painted or covered with upholstery to match the interior of of the truck. Complete System includes a rotary compressor, mounting bracket and condenser/drier assembly with custom tubes for a passenger side mounted compressor. A variety of compressor and mounting brackets are available to fit most popular Chevrolet V8 & 6 cylinder engines. The AC hose kit is made with barrier style hose and o-ring style fittings.
