Description: This Dept 56 New England Village Sleepy Hollow School adds a sweet touch of childhood to your Christmas village. The Sleepy Hollow School was introduced in 1990 and retired in 1993. This piece is in good condition with no cracks or chips. The edge of the snow on the front roofline shows a slight variation in the paint (see photo 6). The styrofoam open box is included. The lid and cardboard sleeve are not available. The box shown here is nice to have for added protection while storing and could also easily slide into a bigger box or bag for added security. The school bell in the tower is a nice added touch and the toy train on the side of the building is so cute. It would make a great place for the Dept 56 village children to gather and play together!
