I wouldn't list it as lined but there is a mesh layer on the front and the rest of the jacket is a lightweight polartec fleece feel. Size XL. Never worn. Nice, basic jacket. Versatile. Shell face is s 96% polyester/4% Spandex. The shell back is 100% polyester. Measurements: 23" pit-to-pit lying flat; 28" from neck seam on back to the bottom, 28" shoulder seam to end of sleeve.
