Description: This hand painted original Edmond J. Nogar Creations is hand made, hand painted 3-D oil painting on glass. The pieces is signed on the front left by the artist and also on the back. Serial # X-4243. The artist died in 1986 and his works are becoming highly collectible. Frame style 4040. The frame measures approximately 6.25"x7" and in in pre-owned condition. The frame shows consistent signs of use and wear for its age and in overall very good condition. The back glass appears to be intentionally etched or cracked because the lines are in line with the painting. Conversely it could be cracked, but wanted to point out its there.
