EMU Systems SP1200 Final Edition Red Screen For sale is rare vintage E-Mu SP-1200 Final Edition #68 out of 125. These were some of the last SP1200s Emu ever built. Very hard to find this version. It has a rare upgraded red screen and nalbantov USB drive (usb included containing all 20 original SP-1200 sound libraries). It was serviced a couple years ago by us including a full set of all new buttons. Classic 12-bit sampling drum machine. This example is in excellent shape and it was fully functional but after sitting for a couple years in our shop unused on display, it appears to have developed an issue. We are currently selling it as-is. On recent power up we noticed some pads and sounds were distorted. Our technicians are not experts on these, we could likely send it to Bruce Forat (and most likely will do that soon) but are open to selling it as-is for parts/repairs for a cheaper price. The current price listed is as-is, for parts/repairs, no refunds, returns, warranties or guarantees. We hope it's a simple fix considering it was working perfectly and has just been sitting in our shop not in use since then. Possibly is just needs a recap.
