The print has President & Mrs. George W. Bush signature on the bottom. This is from the Estate of Ralph T. Maughan who passed 4/18/08 and is Buried @ Arlington National Cemetery. He served in the US Airforce for 21 years - then worked at the White House in the Travel & Telegraph (Communications) Office for 20 years.
