Description: 1999 CD Promo Charizard in PSA 10 with a spectacular FULL HOLO BLEED / insufficient ink error. Incredibly rare to see this level of bleed on a Zard let alone a super clean PSA 10. I'm not sure what the Population count of Holo bleeds is for the Zard; only ever seen it on the the CD Venusaur which goes 3-4X in price of the standard card. Card is super clean despite being an old cert. Would easily be a modern PSA 10. The slab itself is sound albeit some light scuffing. In no rush or urgency to sell but will consider serious offers and potential trades.
