The screws for assembling the dollhouse will be in a bag in the furniture box. House is in good condition, was repainted and had carpet added back when my sister had it. Was in storage for a long time. I wiped down the wood and vacuumed the carpets, but carpet may need more thorough cleaning. One of the roof panels is missing the grooved attachment rail and replaced with blocks. Some of the furniture is in need of repairs or reinforcement. Fabric on couch and chair have moisture stains. The support pole for the umbrella is missing. The mattress and lawn chair cushion foam disintegrated when I washed them, but they need modern foam replacements anyway.
