HUDSON RIVER MODEL COMPANY MAPLE STREET GRIST MILL For sale is my first kit offering, the Maple Street Grist Mill craftsman kit.This is an HO scale mixed-media craftsman kit of a business once served by the Delaware & Hudson railroad.This Grist Mill was built in the beginning of the roaring twenties and shows a century worth of Ghost signs, salt stains, and other patina.This building is somewhat large with a footprint of 10"x 8"x 9-3/4" tall.It is constructed primarily of Hydrocal castings, or more correctly of Ultracal which is a bit stronger but paints and glues just as Hydrocal does.It also includes real copper standing seam roofing material, laser cut shingles, 3D printed chimneys, styrene windows, laser cut task board, and more.I consider this to be an intermediate to advanced level kit.I manufacture this kit right here in New York State with my own two hands so if you have any questions about it, please feel free to ask.The photos are of my display model constructed and painted while I wrote the instructions, you will receive a brand new, unpainted and unbuilt kit.The only photoshopping utilized in the photos was for the sole purpose of removing all of the background so that customers will understand exactly what the kit will build into.
