I can not remember the last time I have seen an NOS shifter with molded grommets, they look like the day they were molded on! Shifter has some dis-coloration, and is 100% as manufactured. It is tight but moves, I would re-grease it if it is to be used on a car. For the restoration demanding Genuine NOS NEW OEM Components! Sold as is, and is not returnable. I have owned this shifter since the early 1980's.
