For dresses I measure the smallest part of the garment at the waist. ***Sleeves=I measure from the arm pit to the wrist. ***Shirt Length=I measure from the shoulder to the bottom hem. ***Bust or chest=I measure from the arm pit to arm pit, then double it. I do the best I can to measure each item as accurately as possibly. Please note that the measurements listed in the auction description are the only ones that I provide.
