PSA/DNA has authenticated and encapsulated this treasure (85250355) and has graded the signature at a NM-MT 8 (which to me is crazy low...look at it yourself). The signature and inscription take up almost the entire third of the photo and is backed in white, which make it stand out so boldly you can read it from 20 feet away. He writes "Big" in front of "Jack Johnson," which is the only time I have EVER seen him do this. He inscribed it to "Billie Burlace" and dated it February 24-1916, less than a year after losing the title to Jess Willard in Havana, Cuba. I have found another sold signed Johnson photo inscribed to Billie Burlace, who was either a fan of Johnson as he appeared on stage in London or a fellow actor. See attached photo.
