Setting measures approx 1 1/2" total in front from top to bottom, approx a size 8, signed N with a marking that looks like a number 1 or maybe a T? Not sure. You're getting it just as I did, good condition, normal patina or wear from age and use, with what looks like a fine, light hairline in the turquoise stone unless that's indicative to when and how it was made, sold as found.
