Built 1955 thru 1959 with Lionel's high post war quality never again duplicated Unlike other log dumping cars this one has a highly sophisticated ratcheting motor system which allows the gradual raising of the log dumping rack Push the control button 7 times to raise the rack to full height which then lets the logs roll off the car. The next push lowers the rack to it's original flat position. Has metal base, unpainted body with rubber stamped lettering. Bar end die cast metal trucks with magnetic couplers. Metal frame and brake wheel. Numbered 336155 . Originally came with 5 stained logs, but I only have 4. This is the Grandaddy of all your modern era log dump cars. Tested and it WORKS. Box is in rough condition.
