The documents date back to 1795 with notes regarding Alfred and Elizabeth Folks with dates of March 2, 1803 and February 11, 1795. A Jackson, MI document indicates Alfred Folks paid $150 for a note and deed on November 2, 1901. A receipt from the Darlington & Co Cattle Dealers from the Union Stock Yards in Chicago dates Jan 3, 1922. for the purchase of 24 cattle. There's a grain transaction between Folks and from John T Fahey & Co. in Baltimore, MD. dated 1923. Continuing to 1933, there's a two page geological report from the Hanover Development Company along with a reference (included in photos) from the State of Michigan in 1933. Also a letter from the same estate Michigan Co-operative in 1935 regarding the wheat contract. A nice lot covering a range of topics. All in very good condition.Thank you for considering our listing!
