Description: Lot of Used HO Scale Track Life Like Power Loc Oval w/ DC Power Pack Steel Rail Ships with USPS Priority Mail. No Returns. For sale is a lot of used HO Scale Life-Like Power-Loc track, with a Life-Like transformer/power pack/controller. There is enough track to make a 56"x38" oval with 4 curves left over. Or you can make a 38" diameter circle with 4 curves and the 4 straights left over. This lot includes;- Life-Like blue transformer; Input: 120VAC 50/60Hz 0.108A, Output: Open Circuit 18VAC (for accessories) & 16DC (for trains)- Hookup wire to connect transformer to track terminal- x4 Straight Track 9"- x15 Curve Track 18" Radius- x1 Curve Terminal Track 18" Radius The transformer has been tested and works. DC trains run and the AC accessory output works. The power cord that plugs into the wall is about 68" long. The hookup wire to connect track to transformer is about 24" long. If I am being honest the power pack is good for a beginner, but it's not the most quality controller out there. It's what I would consider "starter set quality". It'll certainly get the job done but it's not the best. It could also be used purely to run 18VAC accessories. The tracks have black plastic roadbed with steel rail. The rails need to be cleaned before a train can run reliably on them. The copper contacts at the ends should also be cleaned for better connectivity between track sections. The plastic roadbed is also a little dirty. These pieces have been sitting in storage for a while. A few plastic tabs have broken off, but it shouldn't affect connections; see photos.
