This book is in "new" (still shrink-wrapped from the publisher) and were on his bookshelves (and later moved to Texas, so they have been subjected to some handling as a result).--> The last photo shows that the shrink wrapping has burst at one corner and also a small section on the front cover. This book has been on a shelf the entire time (other than when being moved from MI to TX). These books are still available directly from the publisher at a cost of € 279.00 (= $ 362.70+ at time of creating this lot).
