It is an older welding machine and trailer (1990) that has been completely refurbished and gone through in detail. Everything works and it runs flawlessly. I honestly have never used a smoother welding machine in my 25 years in the business. ABOUT THE WELDING MACHINE: it is a diesel powered welder/ air compressor/ generator, that is a multi process machine. It is an AC/DC machine that is constant current and constant voltage. It has both wire feed and remote settings. This machine will weld 400 AMPs at 100% duty cycle. ABOUT THE GENERATOR: this machine is equipped with an on-board 3KVA/KW 60HZ generator that is capable of providing power single 10kw, and 3 phase power 15kw even while the welder is being used! It is equipped with 120 and 240 volt duplex receptacles. ABOUT THE AIR COMPRESSOR: this machine is equipped with an on-board air compressor. It is capable of producing an effective working pressure of 40 SCFM 90 PSIG at 100% duty cycle! It is also equipped with an on-board 21 gallon capacity air tank. ABOUT THE TRAILER: This trailer has been well maintained and has been slightly modified to carry 3 K sized gas cylinders and a 25lb Co2 fire extinguisher. This trailer has a heavy duty tow pintle style hitch with emergency hydronic breaks. It is also is equipped with new, upgraded LED tail lights. It is equipped with 2 large tool boxes to store any tools, stingers, and hoses you may need. Is has a brand new set of 4 tires with a full sized spare. Brakes and wheel bearings have all been serviced and lubed, with plenty of life left. INCLUDES: a 10’ heavy duty ground clamp, 25’ stinger, 25’ air hose, remote cable to hook up a wire feeder, clean title, and owners manual.
