Most shoe size conversion charts converts an EU40.5 to US 10.5 and UK 8.5 - the Church's website converts this to a US 10.5 and UK 7.5 (could be a typo on their site as regards to the UK sizing - not sure). Please refer to your preferred sizing chart to see if these will fit you. The Church's website also advises to purchase 1/2 size smaller than your usual size. These shoes are in overall excellent like new condition - worn just a handful of times and show nicely.
