And then please place the order. 4. Start production. We will cut the mural into smaller pieces after completed. And we will mark numbers on each piece. 5. Installation. After you receive it, please follow the numbers to get correctly pattern. Then please install them on wall. FAQs Q: How long can I receive my mosaic tile after I place an order ? A: It usually takes 10-15 business days for production and 4-6 business days for delivery. Q: How do you ship the mural ? How can you make sure they will arrive safe? A: We will cut the whole mural(no matter mosaic puzzles or mosaic arts) into several pieces then mark numbers on each of them. We will pack very well and free replacement material for damaged chips. Q: How can I install them on my wall ? A: Please follow the numbers on each piece and get the correct pattern. Then you need mortar to install them on wall. And also it needs to be grouted with unsanded grout. Translucent grout is recommended. Please DO NOT use cement. Q: Do you accept return ? A: For custom-made product, we can not accept return.
