Description: Used T18 shift knob from a Ford Truck. Reverse is over to the right and back (early T18s had the reverse over and forward). Knob has 3/8x24 threads (fine thread) that are very clean. The knob is about 2" in diameter. The jam nut is included and has been lightly media blasted to remove rust. The knob itself is rough, as the pictures show. It has been scrubbed with soap and water. It is as clean as it is going to get. Good for a rat rod or where you want to match a vintage patina. I ship all parts in one day, and often the same day if the order is received soon enough.
