Description: These vintage spear earrings are classically Afghan tribal jewelry. This pair is a little smaller than others of this style, so the price is lower. They were very sturdily made with a silver-metal combo, and do not bend. The small stone on one is turquoise, the other is deep in its setting and may well be turquoise also since it reflects so in photos. Please note that the earwires are 16 gauge which is much thicker than standard earwires and will NOT fit through regular small earlobe piercings. They are in excellent condition, with a warm age-patina and very mild wear-patterns. Age-patina reflects the light when photographed, so items look brighter in pictures than they really are.
