It’s lightweight and comfortable. It’s a relaxed fit and a little longer than the standard 1 X. It can be worn for many occasions and all year long. Please feel free to ask if you have any questions. Now, I haven’t mastered it yet, but I am certainly trying and applying this as much as possible. We have so much negativity in the world and I admit, I can go down that negative slippery slope if it’s my environment…. But by training our way of thinking by using positive word tracks, we can change what feels like a burden to gratitude. It really makes a difference on not only how we do our task but how we feel about doing the task. Again, I’m a work in progress. But I have noticed a difference.
