The lacing and inside covers are leather. It contains 19 blank pages. Measures 71/4" x 10 1/4". Outside is in great condition. The pages inside are in good condition with some broken lacing detaching it from the covers. Can easily be fixed with new lace.Looks to be from the 1930s.
