Description: Jacket---is as worn. Owner was an Army Warrant Officer. The rank looks theater made, and also the black "squashed bug" looks theater. The wings were originally white---and at the time----Army trying to NOT use white. So individual took a marker pen and blackened it. You can tell from the photo it started off white. I have taken photos of the labels. Some still in good shape---some the ink gone and only can see white background. So need to mention a bit about how the uniforms were cleaned and how the "procedure" caused a lot of wear in the process. At most places----and all places that I served----there was no such thing as a proper laundry. The process we had was simple. The units would hire local "hootch maids". Often times the would toss the fatigues in a boiling hot bucket with some strong soap and then they would beat the clothes with a stick. There was no sending to a laundry facility and getting the uniforms back ironed and in a protective bag. The patch appears to be a theater made but in good shape. At the top inside there is a small rip and a small tag has disappeared. Looking at the inside---you can see two white cloth pieces that are present, but the "laundering" has taken a toll and ink gone. There are ink stamps inside the jacket. So---looks like four theater made items. ---rank, Warrant black but, wings, and shoulder patch. The trousers are in excellent condition. Label is Long Small. The pants pocket still have the straps inside. Was told the purpose of the straps was in case the soldier got wounded in the leg---the straps were used to stop the bleeding. Both items came from the same person. Sorry----I do not ship outside the US
