Description: Original WWII era Post War Occupation Duty M-1950 tailored IKE Jacket. Jacket has a nice 5th Division Bullion patch on left sleeve, 82nd Airborne patch on right sleeve, Jump Wing oval (missing wings), collar insignia, Fouragere Shoulder Cord, Aiguilette Shoulder Cord and Combat Leadership shoulder board covers. The 82nd patch and jump oval are both lightly stitched to the jacket, it is not fully sewn on as pictured. The thread that was used to sew the patches on does not glow but I do not know when the patches were added. The jacket appears to have been heavily tailored as evidence by the short body of the jacket, modification to the collar, etc. One Minor nip on breast and a tear to the lining at the center of the jacket. There is also a laundry tag with the name "Gregory", no information on the previous owner. Original size is 38 L. Great jacket with a nice 5th Division Bullion patch.
