Description: ORIGINAL WW1 US WEB BELT, G & K HOLSTER, AMMO POUCH, CANTEEN, MEDICAL POUCH, RIG This listing is for a vintage, World War 1 belt rig. It comes with the original canvas adjustable United Sates web belt with metal grommets & brass closure buckle. The belt measures approx. 43 1/2" long. In good condition, marked " US". There is also included, a "US" embossed on front, 1911 G. & K. Leather Holster marked "G.&.K.(Graton & Knight Manufacturing Co., Worcester, Massachusetts), 1918, A.G." with hooks that attach to the belt, and a lanyard rawhide on bottom. It's brown in color. Also included, is a canteen with its original pouch, mkd. " Long 2-18"with hooks that attach to the belt. There are 2 metal working snap closures and inside is a aluminum canteen with original chain with aluminum cap attached, and the cap of the canteen is marked "D177, and four other numbers " (small ding on front side.). The cup is marked on the bottom " U.S. AGM Co. 1918. Also included is a medial/first aid pouch, that has a beat unopened metal first aid packet by Baur and Black, ring still attached. The canvas pouch is marked " P. B. & Co. 1917". Snaps work. It also has two metal hooks that attach to the belt. Last is a 1911 magazine pouch that carries two magazines, Front is marked US and on the inside is marked " July 1918, Mills, with patent dates". That slides onto the belt and snaps in pace to the belt(works). Everything is in good condition, pliable leather, some wear to canvas etc. as seen in photos , all snaps work fine, and when packed SECURELY for shipping, the weight is 4 pounds 3 ounces (22171) OUR POLICIES: 1) Please read our policies before bidding or buying.
