Description: Sale for pair of Austin sculptures with original authenticity cards, both crafted and signed by Dee Crowley. Getting Ready, 1983, features a girl, tutu on, lacing up her little ballerina shoe, one little bare foot waiting for the shoe beside her on the floor. She is in intense concentration. She Measures approximately 11x9x7". The Engineer, 1987, features a little boy, surrounded by track chugga chugga choo chooing with six cars attached to a steam engine. He appears very happy. He Measures approximately 9x9x8". They are heavy for their size, weighing 8-10 lbs each. Both statues feature a card holder on the bottom. The card for Getting Ready has gotten wet before, and as these were house fire salvaged, both statues have noticable smudging and grime (see photos), and may carry a faint aroma of woodsmoke. Priced accordingly. I ask you view the photos, as there may be other vintage wear. Winner will receive thier packaged wrapped with extreme care.
