The approx. throw from center of screw hole to bottom jaw is 1.390" as the hole had been filled and needs to re-made. Usually red paint in put on the hammer stud, hammer then placed on the tumbler stud, and now you have the exact location of the hole, When the red paint isdry, drill the center of the hole and then square the four corners with a file.
