This service is for straight cuts only. Shapes such as circles, ovals, etc. are not available through this service, but send us a message to see if we can provide these items for you. We do not include the drops ( scraps ). All of our dimensions are NOMINAL. There is a linear tolerance of (+/-)1/8" on all material we sell. For example ONE 24” x 48” sheet is 8 sq ft ( qty 8). We do not include the drops / scraps. We only cut to a smaller size. You must order an equal or greater amount of material for the size you need. We can not make a 45” sheet from 3 sq ft of material. The MAX WIDTH for any material is 24” , MAX LENGTH for any material is 48” ( 54” for Marine Board ) Start by using the drop down menu to select the material that you want cut to your specific dimensions. Select the quantity of sq feet that you need. From here you can either add it to your cart if you plan to purchase at a later time or you can use the “Buy It Now” option to proceed to the checkout right away. During the checkout you will have an option to send a note to the Seller. The dimensions and number of pieces can be entered here at this time. If you do not see this option for some reason simply send us a message after you have made the purchase. If we do not have any cutting instructions for your order, the material will be sent uncut or the order may be cancelled.
