Description: This card was brought to the PJCS in 2019 to be signed by a former card store owner in Japan who I purchased it from. Only 100 total items were signed and this is the only one to feature a sketch of Celebi. To my knowledge it is the only Celebi sketch by Hitoshi Ariga which exists.
