Description: This is an IP phone. You should not expect to just plug it in and have it work. You will need to log into the phone and the phone system to register the phone. Not responsible for compatibility issues. This phone works via SIP or Skype business. We are not responsible for what your ITSP supports (or doesn't). It is up the the customer to determine what is needed. A return request for compatibility problems would be unfair. A used Polycom VVX600color phone. This phone has noticeable scratches, mostly in the silver part, but is fully functional. Comes with a handset, the stand, and a new handset cord. It has been reset to factory options. (admin password=456). Then we register it with a SIP phone system, test the phone and reset it back to default. This phone will work as a standard SIP phone or Skype Business. You go into network config to option it for Skype. It is defaulted to SIP as shipped. This does not come with a power supply, which is not needed for most installations. Most installations have PoE available. The phone is cleaned and tested, but does not come with a warranty. It is priced accordingly.
