It is a stylish piece with an elegant curved handle, gadrooned rim and a round foot. It is a good quality piece, weighing approximately 100g. It is clearly hallmarked for Harrods Ltd, London, 1938. It is in good condition for its age. There are some faint surface marks and some minor signs of age and use and a small dink (see photo) but nothing detrimental and it displays well.
