Description: Offering this beautiful rare antique wood box pin cushion. Box measures about 7 " x 3.5" x 2.75" Tall(4.5" to pin cushion). This piece consists of a burl wood or birds eye grain style wood with a great patina and surface. Has a blue and red fabric pin cushion top with a functional forged clamp that's heart form and a carved in the wood spot for it to be placed in as seen in pics 11 & 12. Also has a drawer but I can't get it open. (Something is in it, likely sewing items but didn't want to damage item) Sounds like it's spring held and jammed/stuck. This is a phenomenal piece, a favorite of mine and never have seen one like it before. Expect minor imperfection consistent with age and use. Thanks for looking.
