It’s safe to assume games and dvds may have a few faint scratches or markings but work fine, back of disc pictures are provided, no I will not take additional pictures not under a light at a 22.5 degree angle or whatever nonsense requests. If a disc has more scratches than that it’ll be notated. No I do not know if discs have been resurfaced, I have not owned them their whole life they are used media and some of these discs I sell are 30 years old and I don’t know their chain of custody. I provide pictures of the front art the spine the back art the manual the top of the disc and the bottom of the disc that’s enough to make a determination, I’m constantly on the road to source product, no other pictures will be provided nor should they be needed to determine quality of the item in question. I ship literally 5 days a week m-f with a 2 day handling time things that sell on Friday after mail cut off will be mailed Monday, I package each day at 5am. eBay provides you with an estimated delivery date for your packages, that’s with my handling time built in. Hounding me about when I’m shipping, your order will be cancelled and you will be blocked 0 questions asked. I’ve told you my shipping timeline, which is better than most sellers on eBay. I have been shipping video games longer than some people buying on eBay have been alive, I know how to ship, I do not need a book of a wall of text in message or order notes, telling me how to package. Yes cheap items go in a bubble mailer, expensive items (above 40-50 range) and fragile items are boxed with bubble wrap no peanuts. I have made my policies very clear, if you purchase this you will receive the item you bought, protected well, and on the shipping timeline laid out above. I accept returns, and eBay has a money back guarantee, if you think it’s not what I advertised you are free to send back for a refund, I will not field anymore neurotic messages, of people wigging out like they can’t get their money back, or it’s their last 10 dollars, or telling me about their “apprehension on buying it”. I know this seems harsh and overboard but I’m one person and mail 20-40 packages a day, plus field all the messages plus help customers with stuck package requests, and source and list things all myself. I’m not Amazon, I don’t have a warehouse full of goons to mail things for me, and I can no longer deal with floods (sometimes over 20 a day / night) with questions for more pictures for no reason, or asking why the item they bought the night before at 7pm hasn’t shipped at 6am, please use common sense and we are very nice and smooth to deal with.
