Description: RARE Vintage Large Shoenhut Child's Dollhouse|1930's 2 Story Dollhouse with Furniture|Yellow and Green Dollhouse Length 18.5"x Height 17.75"x Depth 12" I have more pictures of this dollhouse I can send you upon request. This is a wonderful vintage Child's Shoenhut mustard yellow and green dollhouse. It is just magical! It's in wonderful condition for its age and does retain the original Shoenhut label which I've pictured for you. It was refurbished at one time, like in the 1970's or so. The original charm remains here however to include the original window treatments and parkay flooring, some of which has condition issues. It has been covered with removable carpet. The laminate slate at the front entrance has not been adhered to the original platform. All the contents here are included along with several extra pieces from the attic area. They will be placed in an additional small box. What a wonderful piece for playtime for a Child or for display as well. I do see condition issues here, some dings to the roof at the seams and outer edges and slight staining. Some of the furniture pieces need to be glued, but nothing too serious.
